The official conference hotel is the Frade Hotel & Golf Resort. The rates for the conference attendees are the following:

SINGLE ROOM	DOUBLE ROOM
280 REAIS + 12% Chd  (over 6 yr) : 120 REAIS+12%	175 REAIS per person + 12% Chd (over 6 yr) : 120 REAIS+12%

These special rates include breakfast, lunch and dinner (service charged: 10%).
The hotel reservation deadline is September 28th. After this date all reservations will depend upon room availability.

Foreign attendees:
     Foreign participants should take care of their own hotel reservations:

1. Please submit us the information below.
2. Then you will receive the reservation form model.
3. Fill it out and fax it to the indicated number (+55-11-3091-2860), as soon as possible, to ensure your reservation.

     Should you experience any difficulties, please contact the LOC (mfuniverse@astro.iag.usp.br).
