1. Could you tell me if my presentation is scheduled to be oral or a poster?

The SOC will release the final program very soon and you will receive an email message informing about this.

2. I would like to use bus transportation organized by the LOC. Could you let me now the departure time of the bus from the Rio de Janeiro International airport and IAG/USP on November 28? I also want to know the bus schedule on December 3.

The timetable of the special shuttles leaving Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro to Angra dos Reis and vice versa, will be based on the arrival and departure flights of most of the participants.

There will be buses leaving the Rio de Janeiro international airport (where most of the participants will arrive since it is the closest one to Angra dos Reis) both, late in the morning and early in the afternoon of November 28th. In December 3rd, the busses will leave the hotel to the airport right after lunch time (early in the afternoon). More detailed information on this will also be announced soon.
